- The chemistry department was established with the inception of the college i.e. September, 1985.The first batch was of 18 students and our recent intake capacity is 120.

- The placement cell ‘Disha’ is administered by our department. Our students are well sort after by local as well as renowned industries. Campus interviews are regularly organized by industries like Asian Paints, Lupin Laboratories, Pepsico India,J B chemicals etc.
