Certificate / Document To Be Attached With The Application Form PDF Print E-mail
Attested copies of the following certificates are to be attached with the application form:
  1. A copy of mark sheet of the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent.
  2. A copy of the School Leaving Certificate.
  3. First Attempt Certificate.
  4. Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEG) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in the case of students who have passed their qualifying examination from examination board other than Gujarat Board of Higher Secondary Certificate Examination
  5. Caste certificate by SC / ST/ SEBC candidates.
  6. Copy of Certificate of non-creamy layer in case of claiming admission under SEBC quota.
  7. Certificate from the competent authority for eligibility in case of students seeking admission under the reserved categories.
  8. An affidavit, in case of candidates with a gap of one or more years after passing Higher Secondary Examination, stating the reason therein.
